Going through Lead Marketplace has been a great tool & resource for me as I have recently joined the Market place. I feel well equipped with the knowledge and skill set required to manoeuvre the world of work, even as I am open to learning further. I specifically relished the modules on Leading Self through Change, Brand Storytelling and Executive presence. They uncovered a sense of knowingness and belief in my being, assured me that all the hats I wear can be woven into one.
Having gone through the pillar, I am now able to articulately represent my brand and network with like minded people with ease. I have confidence in myself when going in for interviews, viewing them as conversations rather than interrogations.
